SIRC Newsletter now available online: Arthritis

If you’ve ever sustained a joint injury while playing sports, you may have a higher risk of developing a form of arthritis. This doesn’t mean you have to quit sports, in fact, staying active can be very helpful in managing arthritic pain.

SIRC has compiled articles that cover elite athletes, physical activity, knee osteoarthritis and aquatic exercise.
